There are many ways that I could provide an answer to this. One of which would be to describe the phrase that would be utilized in constructing the sentence. Another would be to make it as a predicate and describe a situation with it or maybe a phenomenon, either fictional or real. As per both, it can be also used repeatedly in just one sentence, but unfortunately I won't be providing you such complicated answer. Since there wasn't any specifics that the answer should follow, or rules that it should abide, my answer to this would be ...
I just used arms race in a sentence.
