A monarchy is a form of government where a monarch is at the top. A monarch, meaning the queen or the king. It is a system where one person reigns, usually a king or queen. The authority, or crown, in a monarchy is generally inherited. A monarchy is also called a kingdom, or a sovereign nation. It represents a system.
