What regions made up napoleon's realm, and what was the status of each region within it? did his administration show foresight, or was the empire a burden he could not afford?

    Napoleon during his time has most of the Europe under him excluding the countries of Britain and Portugal, Switzerland, Russia. The status of the countries like Austria and Prussia are more of puppets and do not have structure government and he also tried to bankrupt Britain by stopping their trade. Some part of his administration is insightful but eventually his views on politics are in vain
