    The role of Constantinople in the Byzantine Empire was to insure the west and the east to build a barrier between the east and the west for no fought of religious conflicts and claims. Thus the west and the east got along in the Byzantine Empire.

    Before the barrier between the two sides, Constantine dreamt of a 'deity' (a god) that told him to have belief in him for he (the god) will grant him victory in the war Constantine will fight. Constantine agreed to worship the almighty God known as Christ and thus the Roman Empire his crowd will follow in his footsteps to worship Christ.

    Constantine had a black heart: due to not hating on Christianity and their God (Christ) and instead believed in the Greek Gods. Yet when he dreamed of Christ (his whole perspective and personality toward Christianity changed) Thus, he become a Christian.
