Who investigated possible impacts of legislation to prepare bills to be considered by the house

The Committee. When the bill goes to the Assembly Rules of Committee or Senate, it will be assigned to a certain policy committee. This bill will only be heard in the policy committee after 30 days since it was being introduced and printed. This 30 days will be the time wherein there will be an investigation of the bill.
