How did the trust policies of woodrow wilson differ from those of Theodore Roosevelt

    A major difference between the two is how they chose to attack monopolies. Roosevelt is known for not attempting to attack all monopolies. He believed there was good and bad monopolies. Wilson didn't try to differentiate between good and bad monopolies. He instead went after them all.
