Which was an impact of the Pan-African movement in the 1920s and 1930s? Pan-African conferences allowed African nationalist intellectuals to meet and exchange ideas. Pan-Africanism led to the creation of regional nations, which consisted of groups of former colonies. Through Pan-Africanism, the négritude movement was inspired to glorify traditional cultures. The Pan-African movement enlisted mine workers for the first time in the fight for nationalism.
