Which country didn't control any territory in africa?

Africa is a rich continent. It has many natural resources from minerals, golds, diamonds and oil. Due to this wealth they soil have, many countries controls and colonize Africa. USA was not included in the list. There are also other countries like Switzerland and Finland.
