Here are some characteristics of the middle ages:
- The countries was ruled by a Kingdom in a monarchy system, which mean the next rulers will be the sons of the previous kings
- Their economy mainly revolved around agricultural and fishing products, and they used Gold as a currency
- The kingdoms often engaged in war to expand their territories
