Why was the outcome of the russo japanese war a concern for european governments?

    The outcome was a concern because it established the opinion that European countries don't only face the threat of fighting each other, but also that wars can now be led on all fronts against all nations since everyone was strong and the fight for global dominance was a new thing. Also, it established Japan as the strongest nation in Asia which would certainly not be good for their intentions in Asia and satellite countries and former colonies.
