What theory on the origin of the state was most influential in the founding of the United States

The Evolutionary Theory which claims that the state developed naturally out of the early family. The Divine Right theory claims that God created the state and that God had given those of royal birth a divine right to rule. The social contract theory claims the origin of state is that of social contract.
