What was one change in representation of the General Court since it's inception? Eventually, representatives from each town were allowed to be a part of the General Court. The Governor ultimately chose representatives from each religion to participate in the General Court. Native Americans were welcomed as part of the General Court. Dissenters were welcome to participate in debate with religious matters among members of the General Court.

    During the earliest time of its inception, the members of the general court were carefully selected by the upper ups of the company that run the colonies in untied states.

    This close selection is being done to ensure that the members of the general court always prioritized the company's interest first.

    But, since the decision of the general court directly impacted the citizens of the colony, they often felt that they need to put someone that represent their interest within the General court. Eventually, representatives from each town were allowed to be a part of the General Court.
