In the U. S, there is an amendment called the sixth amendment. This amendment ensures that each person has a right to a lawyer, impartial jury, the charges brought up against you, who your accusers are, how much evidence there is against you. We follow Habeas Corpus or the idea that a person must be brought to a judge before going to jail.
