Explanation:
The state of Kush, whose capital was Meroe, developed civilization in ancient times. The Kush space comprises present-day parts of Sudan. They were influenced by Egyptian culture. However, over time, they evolve, and so does their writing. The letter of Meroe replaced the Egyptian one. The letter contained 23 letters dating from the fifth to second centuries BC.
