    Yahoo! is a bright example of the corporate culture necessary to remain competitive. The company's culture has been cultivated with a unique combination of professional skills and business experience.

    Yahoo! Is an 'open-minded' company, starting from office design and workspace to employee communication. It doesn't matter if the person is the president or the line manager - there is no hierarchy here, anybody is perceived as equal, regardless of his position.

    The main values of the company are partnership, effectiveness, responsibility, courage, creativity and openness. The Idea Factory is part of the company 'open innovation strategy. The concept of Idea Factory is aimed at increasing the involvement of staff in the process of implementing the strategy. The purpose of this program, respectively, is to collect new ideas from all levels of the organization hierarchy, the best of which will certainly be realized in the future.
