Economic equality is the idea of fairness in economics. It is the belief that people should receive the same rate of pay for a job, regardless of race, gender, or other characteristics. Especially in regard to welfare and taxation. No matter if you rich or poor, countries witch higher economies economy share in greater benefits and the countries which choose to be more fair or equal often enjoy more economic prosperity.
