The state court systems are organized into a hierarchical level of organization with the supreme court at the top and others being followed.
Explanation:
The state Supreme Court is the top most in the hierarchy of the organization of the state court systems which looks after all the subordinating courts and reserves the right to intervene, remedy, and rectify the orders of the subordinate courts. The next in line, is the Superior court.
This serves for the most heinous crime cases hearing and their conviction. Lower to this strata, is the Special Court, which has been categorized accordingly like, juvenile court, family court, housing court, etc. this looks into special cases. Lowest stands the County of Magistrate Court, wherein minor cases of the county or magisterial area is dealt with.
