    His blitzkrieg was only successful when he had oil. which was from 1939 to 1941. The blitzkrieg was the use of air power, ground troops and tanks at the same time at a fast pace. blitzkrieg was successful against the following countries, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Holland, Belgium, France, Yugoslavia, Greece and soviet union in 1941. The Germans lost world War 2 mainly because of the lack of oil caused them to get bombed. they didn't have much oil for there planes to prevent american and British bombings over German city's.

    he wasn't successful because he still lost against the soviets, blitzkrieg doesn't work when you don't have oil. When he did have oil, he swept through Europe and when he didn't, Germans would have to suffer bombings and casualties due to not being able to reach oil rich Caucasus
