    Afro-Creole Roudanez establish the first black-owned newspaper to provide a voice for promoting the rights of freedmen.

    Explanation:

    Roundanez Creole was known to be the black creole who emerged from the north area of New Orleans. The white men enjoyed the privilege and made the black to pay tax and keep them as slavery by making them weak without giving equal respect right. He with his colleagues started the first black-owned newspaper called L'UNION and also started the unification movement. In this newspaper the Roundanez wrote about the freedom to black slaves and to provide the political rights for voting etc ..., and stop the harassments and threats. This journal was later renamed as new Orleans tribune. Later this journal was forced to close due to the editorial infighting at the year of 1870. Due to this he also withdrew the unification movement.
