Why did Jackson see the National Bank as anti Common Man? How did he destroy it? How did the System he replaced it with fail?

He felt it favored the wealthy and not the common man, that it was unconstitutional and harmful to state rights and he felt that one large bank shouldn't have all the control but rather the state banks should have control, so he vetoed the bill when congress voted to reauthorize the National Bank
