modern party politics Is dominated by the sectional interests of the ruling capitalist class. these sectional interests can be represented by the two party system of governance with one party projecting interests of the financial over the manufacturing sector. Or they can be represented by a coalition of political parties projecting the interests of the manufacturing sector over the financial sector. What this means in practice each political party is putting its political power out for tendering to the various sectors in the economy
