Why did so many people join the Whiskey Rebellion?

The whiskey was sold under market value.

Many Westerners viewed the Rebellion as a struggle against the Eastern political powerbrokers.

Many Westerners did not want whiskey produced.

Eastern politicians did not want frontiersmen to trade whiskey with the French.

    The whiskey rebellion had so many people join because of the fact that they couldn't pay a tax (small business) so the first one
