    In 1989, the Berlin wall fell, and the two independent countries, West and East Germany were trying to work together, and finally unifying as one. And then they were wondering what would be the new capital of Germany.

    And then the country had a vote, about whether it would be Bonn (city) or Berlin. And the vote was 337 votes for Berlin, and 320 for Bonn.
