The European diseases severely lowered the native population in the Americas. Since the European diseases also be transferred through livestock it made the diseases even more contagious and deadly.

Answer: It made the Natives sick and they died.
Explanation:
The American people didn't have anything in their bodies to fight the disease because they were never exposed to it before so the American Natives died.
