The desire for power for Haitian revolution:
The aim of the Haitian revolution was to put an end to slavery and this revollution had a huge impact all over the United States. This revolution took place in Saint Domingue which was a colony of French.
The slaves who declared themselves free by them selves only fought against the authority to keep their freedom secured and they found a state Haiti which had a supreme leader but it was not a colony. Thus this revolution was very successful which inspired the slaves through out the world.
