    They had one rule:

    "Divide and Rule", They were successful rulers of China because they formed an alliance with a Loyalist. They entered Beijing and soon enough they had almost taken some of the power for themselves. Thus, leaving only a little for the ruler itself, Which gave them more power over it all than anyone else.
