How did the French attitude toward native Americams differ from that found in Spanish colonies

    The French were much nicer. They lived and interacted with the Native Americans. They even taught about their cultures which made them seem like less of a threat.

    Answer: The French treated the Native Americans with respect, learned their languages, and lived among them. The Spanish often enslaved or killed the Native Americans and took their wealth.
