Keating-Owen Child Labor Act of 1916 was a statute that was supposed to bring stricter laws about child labor. By it, children under 16 couldn't work in the mines, children under 14 could only work from 6 am to 7 pm, and no one could sell things produced by factories that employed children under the age of fourteen.
