A result of Nuremberg trails was that the United Nations

Genocide was an international crime according to the United States as a result of Nuremberg which was formed by allied forces under international law. The International Military Tribunal (IMT) was organized according to the London Agreement (1945, 8 August), which concluded between the USSR, France, Great Britain, the United States.

This judicial body was created to prosecute and sentence the people who convicted of war crimes committed during the Second World War of 1939-1945. The Nuremberg trial began in 1945, on 20 November the Court appeared to have almost the entire ruling of Germany. These included industrialists, Nazi leaders, thinkers, diplomats, military leaders.

They were all accused of crimes committed by the Hitler system during the Nazi regime. The Nuremberg Trials recognized aggression as the highest international crime. At trial, the politicians appeared as criminals, all of them guilty of preparing, launching, and conducting aggressive military operations. The court punished both the organizers and the executors of the inhuman scheme directed against all citizens.
