the bill of rights contains the first 10 amendments of the U. S. constitution which give citizens freedom, independence, and privacy from the government while also giving the control of the country to the citizens.

Bill of rights safeguards the interests and rights of the citizens. Their personal liberties are protected. It also regulates the influence of any branch of the Government
Federalists supported Union Government while Anti federalists supported powerful state Government. Bill of rights comprises of ten amendments which resolved the disparities of powers between central and state governments.
Till today, The Federal and the state Government must adhere to the rights mentioned in Bill of rights and if any disputes arise, the Supreme Court comes into action for final judgment.
