Government works to protect the consumers throught the series of actions it carries out.

1. They set up price regulatory agency inorder to amintain the prices of goods which the consumer buys at a particular price ceiling. Example, is in the food sector.

2. The government also setup consumer protection council that is tasked with taking the complaints of the consumers that is disastisfied with the services he or she recieved and on how best to santion the company that rendered the service.
