    Communist revolution (1917) was the first communist revolution in the world and resulted in the communist regime which was also the first communist regime in the world. It had a big impact in all the world. It seemed to confirm Marx's thesis or "law" of inevitability of universal communist revolution. Consequently, communist movement was spread beyond Soviet frontiers already before the WW II. After this war communist movement got even stronger because of USSR's victory. Countries surrounding USSR were naturely under the strong influence of USSR not only ideologically but also politically.
