Why did Barnabas not accompany Paul on Paul's second missionary journey?

1 - Barnabas wanted to take John Mark again, but Paul refused.

2 - Silas wanted to accompany Paul, so Barnabas decided to take John Mark.

3 - Paul was leaving immediately, and Barnabas was not ready.

4 - Paul had already asked Silas to join him.

    Explanation:

    Paul and Barnabas had an arguement over wether or not to take John Mark because John Mark had left them on their first missionary journey. Paul would take Silas and go a different way, while Barnabas would take John Mark.
