    Woodrow Wilson, the 28th President of the United States of America (USA) was failed in fulfilling his many commitments while serving as the president of the country and access to loans for small farmers was one of it. But in actual terms he faced this failure due to his inner circle's fault.

    In 1910, Wilson became the governor of the state of New Jersey and in 1912 he got selected for the more powerful post, he was elected as the 26th President of the America.

    He served 6 long years for the U. S, he retired from his post. In 1919, Wilson received the Nobel Peace Prize. He died of cerebral hemorrhage in 1926.
