    D. Granary

    Explanation:

Both cities were built on river banks. While Mohenjo-Daro was built on the right bank of the Indus River, Harappa was built on the left bank of the river Ravi. In terms of their circuit, both measure about 5 km.

Harappa and Mohenjo Daro were expertly planned cities built with a grid pattern of wide, straight streets. Thick walls surrounded the cities. Many people lived in sturdy brick houses that had as many as three floors. Some houses had bathrooms and toilets that connected to the world's first sewer system.

Harappa and Mohenjo-daro can be considered as two of the greatest civilizations of the Indus valley between which a key difference can be identified in terms of the geographical positioning. While the site of Mohenjo-daro is located in the Punjab region, Harappa is located in the Sindh province.
