    Albrecht Durer is a great German artist, influenced with the Italian Renaissance.

    Explanation:

    His watercolour sketches were the first pure landscapes ever produced in Western Art.

    He also produced many famous engravings. He became famous, many of his engravings were being copied but he keen to absorb more from the art of the Italians. The figures of Adam and Eve (1504, Allen Art Museum, Ohio became a masterpiece in engravings. The famous trinity of engravings by Durer also became the artist's Master Engravings. He was rightly called as the "Leonardo of the north".

    Because he was the best Northern European of his time. He was the most gifted and versatile German artist of the Northern Renaissance period
