Explanation: In the early 1990's, the nation of Rwanda had a civil war mainly because of tensions between the Hutu and Tutsi groups. But the war was fought between the Rwandan Army and Rebels. Part of the civil war was the Rwandan Genocide where almost 1 million people were killed.
