Why do you think hitler wanted to have young people in his government

This is an excellent question, Hitler Wanted a new birth for Germany. For many hundreds of years they had lived under a very stark monarchy, Germany was just unified about 50 years ago. Once World War I happened the German suffered a terrible defeat, they blamed the old monarchy and everyone who served in it. Hitler being a soldier in World War I had very strong disregard for Kaiser Wilhelm and any of the classical German structures. He believed the German he needed to start out new, and develop both the people and the mindset for the future of the Reich
