How did the Columbian Exchange impact Europe? How did it impact the Americas?

    The Columbian Exchange was the transfer germs from Europe to the Americas. The Columbain Exchange made potatoes and corn an important food in their diet. The Columbian exchange had many effects on Europe because it spread important crops (such as corn), as well as deadly diseases (such as syphilus). It also made Spain a major world power.

    As a result of the Columbian Exchange, many new products, people and ideas were transferred in between the Americas and Europe
