The Qin and Han dynasties can be said to be similar on the grounds of the ideology they possessed of the unification of entire China under one rule.
Explanation:
The two dynasties that ruled over China through two consecutive reigns one after the other bore the same ideology and that was of a united China. The measures taken for the cultural unification of China by the Emperors of both these dynasties were identical to each other. The Emperor's of both the dynasties strived hard for the integration of people belonging to various communities within China.
