    Explanation:

    Before industrialization people were relying on mama made goods and with home based tools the goods were produced but after industrialization machine made goods were emerging and the working class worked for extended hours in locations which were challenging and life taking. They were penalized to do heavy and tiresome jobs but they were given meager wages.

    They were prone to various fatal accidents and as a result, the workers started to protest in the form of strikes and lock outs. Employment organizations were formed which served for safeguarding the interests of the workers.
