    In order to weaken the cohesion of workers united in the trade union movement, American entrepreneurs made additional concessions to them - for example, workers were provided by taking part in the profits of the enterprise. Intolerance towards trade unions in the USA was replaced by their recognition only under the New Deal of FD Roosevelt: the National Labor Relations Act (Wagner's Law) adopted in 1935: it required employers to enter into collective bargaining agreements with the trade union, which represents the majority of workers.
