It considers work an important value.

    Explanation:

During the implementation of the New Deal policy, in order to cope with unemployment, the construction of roads, bridges, and other structures by the unemployed was organized. A special role was played by the organization of work for young people. Initially, community service was organized only for men who were considered the breadwinners of their families. Women were mainly hired for sewing for the needs of hospitals and charities.

Wagner's law passed in 1935 was an important milestone in the development of US labor law. For the first time on a federal scale, the activities of trade unions were legalized. At the same time, criminal prosecution of workers for the creation of trade unions and participation in legal strikes was prohibited. By 1937, US private sector employment had recovered to the level of the late 1920s.
