    Ethnic cleansing accompanied the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the year 1992 to the year 1995, due to this, large numbers of Bosniaks (Bosnian Muslims) and Bosnian Croats were mandatory to flee their place of residence.

    Around 2,700,000 people were displaced by mid-1992. A according to a report by a CIA in the year 1994, the Bosnian territory held by Serbs had about 1,730,000 Bosniaks and Croats before the war in 1992 but in November 1994, they had only non-Serbs left whereas above 1,000,000 were displaced.
