    Western and Central European countries, i. e. Germany, Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Italy and so etc. have adhered to Parlamentarism. The form of Government in which there is a Head of State (whether a President, Premier, King) and a Head of Government, usually called Prime Minister. This form of Government offers more stability and some agility, since the P. M. can be changed in case motion of no confidence. On the other hand, the Head of state even in those Republic assure continuity do the State until the next Prime Minister is elected by the House of Representatives.
