The american indian view of the land is everything must be used if your going to destroy it nothing goes to waste. The land is majestic and is to be valued. They do not own the land nor does anyone they only reside on it for their lives then its passed on to anyone else who settles there

Explanation:
They had a completly different view from the one the colonist had. For the Native American the land was and still it is, something that must be respected, adored and cared, principally because everything comes from and goes back there, for ever and ever.
I was something that was to be used communally by all members of a tribe and even considered for the other tribes as well. They did not think the land should be divided and possessed by each family as the white used to do.
