    The Cairo Conference was held in Cairo, Egypt between November 22nd and November 26th 1943. Enslaving ethnic groups was not a topic of discussion. Among those topics that were discussed were the future of Asia and the war against Japan. The people who were present at the meeting included President Eisenhower, British Prime Minister Winston Churchill and the Chinese President Chiang Kai-shek.
