What allowed the Persians to win the Battle of Thermopylae? The Persians had stronger archers than the Greeks. The Persians had many more soldiers than the Greeks. The Persians' ships were much faster than the Greeks' ships. The Persians fought the battle in an area of land that was to their advantage.

    The Persians had many more Soilders than the Greeks (this brings the legend of the 300 Spartans) The Spartans/other Greek minorities had the land to their advantage they used the small narrow passage to flank the Persians but the Persians had many troops from around the Persian Empire.
