World War 1 was known as the "Great War" or "The War to end all Wars" It was a Military conflict that lasted from 1914-1918 and it was one of the deadliest Modern Wars, many new weapons, tanks, armour, planes, and Artillery were produced during the time and many world leaders battled for territory or for Militarism, Alliances Imperialism, and Nationalism. The War ended with an Allied Victory (U. S, UK, etc) and Germany went into a great depression as they had to pay back for all the damages done during the War.
