What are the two procedures for ratifying and amending the US Constitution? (Select all that apply.)

    From what I remember from this year's U. S history class, I think that 2/3 of the member states make an application to Congress, then Congress calls this Amendment Convention thing, but also, the senate has to ratify by a ratio of 3/4.

    So one answer is definitely (B), but since the question is asking for two, I'm not sure of the other one.
